Auckland Transport needed a strong digital strategy to enable safe, and sustainable journeys throughout Auckland. Our team was asked to investigate a way to equip customers with the tools and insights necessary to make informed decisions and encourage users to choose sustainable transport while also addressing Auckland Transport’s reputation and to build trust back into their brand.
Vision Green’s Mission:
Vision Green is a transformative campaign dedicated to raising awareness about sustainability in Auckland's transport sector while simultaneously building trust and goodwill among hesitant transport users.
Our mission is to empower transport users with the necessary tools and insights to make informed decisions and actively choose sustainable transport options. We are determined to address the negative reputation of public transport and restore trust within the Auckland community.
At Vision Green, our overarching goal is to reduce carbon emissions resulting from transportation in Auckland. To achieve this, we prioritise cultivating trust within the public transport system by establishing an emotional connection with users and providing viable options that encourage sustainable transport choices.
Our commitment lies in creating a more sustainable and user-friendly transport future for all. Trust forms the cornerstone of our vision, and we are fully dedicated to open communication, transparency, and fulfilling our promises to public transport users. By openly sharing our plans, progress, and challenges, we actively engage users and foster genuine trust.
